USDA Pathways Internships at UW Madison Career & Internship Fair

Rick Tafoya, Human Resources Specialist (Diversity Outreach & Recruitment) of the USDA Farm Production and Conservation Business Center, will be recruiting for an approximate 350 United States Department of Agriculture Pathways Internships on September 30th at the UW Madison Career & Internship Fair from 3:30 pm to 7:30pm.  Educators and Tribal and other diversity students are encouraged to meet with Rick in person at the USDA-NRCS/FPAC booth in the Gordon Dining & Event Center to learn about the Pathways internships and recent graduate opportunities coming out next month (October) on www.USAJOBs.gov.

These will be internships that students apply to in October but start in the summer 2022.  The Recent Graduate positions are intended to target students graduating in December 2021 and those who have graduated within the past two years. Now is the time for students to ensure they’re set up in USAJOBs, have their resumes completed and uploaded into the USAJOBs system, along with a copy of their unofficial transcripts(s).  It is important to get all this done now, because when these Pathways positions post, they will only be open for 7-10 days.
